Contexte 
Modifier
A Being the Elite, Chris Jericho annonce un tournoi pour déterminer le challenger n°1 au AEW Shadow Division Championship à ALL IN, un tournoi annuel qui regroupera les meilleurs talents de la division et mettra l'emphase sur le catch technique.
Le principe est simple : 4 poules comprenant 4 lutteurs sont tirées au sort et leurs membres s’affrontent. Puis les vainqueurs de chaque poule s’affrontent en demi-finale puis en finale. Le gagnant remporte le tournoi, une coupe et un shot au AEW Shadow Division Championship. Conformément au principe du titre, seuls des lutteurs jugés “techniques” participent au tournoi.
